Rate Inclusions
At Bedarra we offer a truly all-inclusive stay package and our rates include the following:
- Accommodation in private and free-standing villas, each with spectacular views of the surrounding Coral Sea.
- All gourmet meals and snacks daily.
- An extensive selection of alcoholic beverages (including champagne and cocktails) and all non-alcoholic beverages.
- Fully stocked in villa mini-bars.
- Unlimited island activities including sea kayaks, stand up paddle boards, snorkelling equipment, fishing gear, motorised guest dinghies, gourmet picnic hampers, tennis and self-guided rainforest walks.
The only additional charges are for transfers between Bedarra and either Mission Beach or Cairns by either launch or helicopter.
(All rates are per villa per night for up to two guests)
Transfer Rates
Launch - $250 one-way or $500 return from Mission Beach
Helicopter - $400 one-way or $800 return from Mission Beach
Helicopter - $1350 one-way or $2700 return from Cairns
Helicopter transfers are limited so please check availability prior to booking your accommodation and domestic flights to/from Cairns.

Reservation Terms
For flexible reservations we require a 20% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking to confirm a reservation with the balance of payment due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations are permitted up to 30 days prior to arrival (less the 20% non-refundable deposit). For any cancellations within 30 days of arrival, a cancellation fee of 100% will be charged.
For non-refundable reservations, 100% payment is required at the time of reservation with no changes or cancellations permitted.
Bedarra is an island location and as a result we may need to amend, delay or cancel your reservation due to unfavourable weather conditions. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance to cover this scenario.
Unfortunately Bedarra does not cater for children under 16 years of age.
